Every box is made to order, so returns work a little differently from a shop. Here is what we cover and how to report a problem.
Made to your approved proof
Boxes are made to the size, board and print shown on the proof you approve.
Because each order is made for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Misprints, damage and defects
If your boxes arrive misprinted, damaged or faulty, tell us within 10 days of delivery.
We reprint the affected boxes or refund them, whichever you prefer.
How to report a problem
A few photos let us sort it quickly.
- Email us within 10 days of delivery
- Include your order details
- Attach photos of the problem and the outer carton
- We reply within one business day with a fix
