How do I place an order?
Request a quote, approve the proof, and we confirm the order in writing.
Can I reorder the same boxes?
Yes. Quote your previous order details and we make them to the same specification.
Can I order samples?
Ask the trade desk. Every order includes a free digital proof.
Do you supply businesses only?
We supply anyone who needs boxes, from sole traders to larger firms.
Sizes and board
5 answersShould I give inside or outside measurements?
Inside measurements, so your product always fits.
Which wall type do I need?
Single wall for most parcels, double wall for heavy or fragile goods.
What is a flute?
The wavy layer inside corrugated board. Its height sets the thickness.
Can you make very large boxes?
Yes. Send the size and weight and we will confirm the board.
Do you make boxes in inches?
Yes. Send sizes in mm, cm or inches.
Printing and proofs
5 answersWhat print options are there?
Plain, one colour, two colour or full colour, inside and out.
Do I need artwork?
No. Our designers can set out your logo and text.
Is the proof free?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof.
Can I change the proof?
Yes. Ask for changes until it is right.
Which file types do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS and SVG are best. PNG and JPG are fine.
Delivery and returns
5 answersIs delivery free?
Yes, to any address in the UK.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery takes 2–3 business days after production.
When does production start?
As soon as you approve the proof. It takes 4–6 business days.
What if boxes arrive damaged?
Report it within 10 days with photos and we reprint or refund.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, any time before the order is dispatched.
